Uçkun Aktaş Öksüm Law Firm was established in Istanbul in 2025 by Attorneys Çağatay Aras Uçkun, Latif Aktaş, and Hacı Bekir Öksüm. The firm provides consultancy and representation services to domestic and international clients in various areas of law with its team of lawyers, each specializing in their respective fields.

Our work spans a wide range of areas, including but not limited to commercial and corporate law, contract law, dispute resolution, real estate and lease law, inheritance law, personal data protection law, criminal law, and enforcement and bankruptcy law. We support our clients not only in resolving a specific legal problem but throughout the entire transaction and dispute resolution processes; we approach each matter within its own legal framework, commercial background, and specific needs.

Our firm primarily provides services in Turkish and English; additionally, we offer legal support in French and Arabic. In our work with domestic and international clients, we emphasize establishing clear, organized, and trustworthy communication from the beginning to the end of the process.
