Our Story
Uçkun Aktaş Öksüm Law Firm was established in Istanbul in 2025 by Att. Çağatay Aras Uçkun, Att. Latif Aktaş and Att. H. Bekir Öksüm. With a team of lawyers who have developed focused experience in their respective areas of practice, our firm provides advisory and representation services to local and international clients across different fields of law.
Our work extends across a broad range of areas, including commercial and corporate law, contract law, dispute resolution, real estate and lease law, inheritance law, data protection law, criminal law, and enforcement and bankruptcy law. For us, however, legal work is not confined to the technical boundaries of a single dispute or transaction. We assess each matter not only within its legal framework, but also in light of its commercial background, sectoral context, and the client's concrete needs.
Our firm primarily works in Turkish and English, while also offering legal support in French and Arabic. In our work, we place particular importance on communication that remains clear, orderly and reassuring at every stage of the process. In our view, high-quality legal service is not limited to reaching technically sound results; it also requires an approach that is clear, timely and meaningful in practice.
