Overview

In lease law, time limits, formal requirements and rules of procedure are of decisive importance; steps taken without regard to them can result in the loss of rights. From the drafting of lease agreements to eviction and rent-determination proceedings, we conduct our work in this field with that requirement in view.

We provide legal support to our clients in the preparation and review of lease agreements and in disputes arising from lease relationships. We address issues such as the establishment of the lease relationship, evaluation of contract provisions, management of notice procedures, and determination of the course of action in case of a dispute, based on the specific characteristics of each case.

In this context, we support our clients in a number of areas, including eviction lawsuits, eviction claims based on the landlord’s need, lawsuits for the determination of rent, claims for compensation for wrongful occupation (ecrimisil), enforcement proceedings for the collection of rent receivables, and enforcement processes with a demand for eviction. When necessary, the preparation of formal notices (ihtarname), the evaluation of processes related to written eviction undertakings, and the diligent follow-up of stages up to the termination of the lease relationship also form part of these efforts.
