Real Estate Law
Overview
In real estate transactions, carrying out the legal examination before the transaction is decisive in reducing the risks that may later arise. We therefore do not treat property matters as limited to the transfer or contract stage; from the title record to the zoning status, we assess the entire legal framework of the transaction as a whole.
We provide legal support to our clients in transactions and disputes related to immovables. We examine real properties planned for purchase within the framework of their title deed records, zoning legislation, existing and potential zoning plans, and property law rules; we inform our clients in clear and accessible terms about the legal and de facto situations identified. Thus, we contribute to identifying risks before the transaction and to the decision-making process proceeding on a firmer basis.
Contract processes related to immovables also constitute an important part of this area. We offer legal support in drafting and examining preliminary sales contracts for immovables, construction contracts in return for land share, and condominium ownership contracts. Furthermore, we assess the suitability of real properties planned for purchase for citizenship applications through investment. In every transaction, we proceed by considering the legal nature of the immovable, its usage status, and the purpose expected from the transaction collectively.
In disputes related to real estate, we also represent our clients in litigation and administrative application processes. Particularly, annulment lawsuits filed against demolition orders arising from zoning legislation, and lawsuits seeking a stay of execution, are pursued before administrative judicial authorities.
