Overview
Criminal investigations and prosecutions bear directly on a person's liberty, reputation and commercial activities. Close attention, from the very outset, to the lawfulness of protective measures — the taking of statements, searches, seizures and detention — is therefore of great importance. We undertake work in this field with the seriousness it requires.
We provide our clients with legal support in the field of criminal law from the investigation stage to the end of the prosecution. We provide legal support during operations such as search, seizure, taking statements, interrogation, and detention; and we make the necessary objections and applications against protective measures and other judicial procedures. During the trial process, we conduct the defence and representation with care by evaluating the characteristics of the concrete case, current jurisprudence, and developments in doctrine together.
A significant part of our work consists of cases falling within the scope of economic criminal law and financial criminal law. We provide legal support in criminal investigations and cases related to crimes against property, crimes relating to the economy, industry and commerce, and banking, insurance, capital markets, energy markets, and competition.
